Coretta Goodwin- Smith was taught by her parents that your dreams can be accomplished with prayer and hard work, and early in her life realized she had a desire to be a Funeral Director.

Ms. Goodwin has a Bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University in Business Administration and an Associate degree in Funeral Services from American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, Inc.

On October 11, 2020, she was approved to start her Internship at Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Homes, Inc., which caused her to be the last intern approved by the late Carnie P. Bragg Jr.

On June 5, 2023, Coretta was officially licensed as a New Jersey State Funeral Director.

Coretta is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Paterson, NJ. She attributes all of her accomplishments to the Grace of God.

Harris M. Holloway CFSP, Manager, NJ Lic. No. 3235

A native of Aiken, S.C., Harris M. Holloway graduated from Livingstone College, Salisbury, NC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. His career in Funeral Services began at Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home in 1972. Later he graduated from American Academy-McAllister Institute of Funeral Services, and completed his internship at Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home of Passaic, becoming a Licensed Practitioner of Mortuary Science in April 1976. He is a member of the Passaic County Funeral Directors Association, New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, Garden State Funeral Directors Association, and the Academy of Funeral Service Professionals.


Past and present affiliations include: Who's Who Among Black Americans, Paterson Jaycees, Paterson Rotary Club, Assistant Pastor of Solid Rock Baptist Church, co- organizer of Serenity Baptist Church, Mt. Zion Lodge#50 (PHA), Sardonias Consistory No.41, Newark Police Clergy Alliance, Black Churchmen of Newark & North Jersey, Pastor of Pure Light Baptist Church of Newark.

Eleanor J. Rudolph CFSP, Manager, NJ Lic. No. 4517

Eleanor, a resident of Somerset County, NJ, was raised in Essex County, NJ, and later relocated to Union County, NJ.   She graduated from Rutgers University with a BS, then later joined the Funeral Service Program at Mercer County Community College. She completed her internship at the Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home Inc., becoming a Licensed Practitioner of Mortuary Science 2001.

She is a New Jersey licensee, and limited licensee in Pennsylvania. Eleanor is a member of the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, Garden State Funeral Directors Association, Academy of Funeral Service Professionals, and the Middlesex and Somerset County Funeral Directors Association. She also serves as a Facilitator at Good Grief of Morristown, NJ. She is also an active member of the Christian Fellowship Center and Outreach Ministry of Paterson, the  Paterson- NAACP, and a Board member of LITE Corp, Paterson.

Mrs. Stephanie Conyers- Bland was born in the Bronx, NY, and moved to Englewood, NJ in 1974. She attended the Englewood Public School system and graduated from Dwight Morrow High School in 1986.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ in 1992. In February 1997, she completed her education and graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Decatur, GA and was licensed as a Funeral Director in the State of New Jersey in 1999

Stephanie joined Mount Calvary Baptist Church of Englewood in 1990 and is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
